THE CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FOR A DRYING SOLUTION FOR HIS PRODUCT
Our customer is a manufacturer of products that get wet during the production process. The water drops could cause problems with e.g. the labeling, packaging or camera inspection of the products.
COLLECTING THE PARAMETERS
During the first contact with the client, we create an overview of all the important parameters such as product type, speed of the conveyor, expectations of the noise output, possible adjustment requirements etc.
Based on the test report, the customer can evaluate the results. We then invite him to perform new tests to validate the test protocol and the quality of the results. We commit to provide an installation with the same efficiency (or drying percentage) under actual in-use conditions at full load.
WORKING OUT THE DRYING SOLUTION
Based on sketches and diagrams, we work out the principle of the drying solution. During this step we discuss every phase of the process with our customer, including a rough estimate of the budget. The modification of the technical and/or commercial specifications is a process we repeat as often and as long as necessary.
The engineering phase begins after receipt of the customer's official order and his approval of the schematic representation of the solution. We then collect all the technical details and carry out additional drying tests if necessary. The technical drawings are submitted to the customer for final approval.
PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY
The production process can start after the official and final approval of the technical drawings by the customer. Hereafter, the assembly and quality control of the RONAIR installation takes place on the site of Almeco, in Mouscron. At the customer's request, the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) can also be performed at this site.
We deliver the RONAIR solution at the customer’s production site and proceed with the installation. We ensure that our customer has all the necessary information and remain present during the startup.
